This Jacket is by Halloway and it is designed to be wind and water resistant.  It is Navy Blue with an ICS Charger GOLF logo on the Left chest area.  This jacket is hooded with a front 1/2 zip.  The jacket has a zippered belly pocket which the jacket can be folded into for easy carry. The jacket has elastic sleeve cuffs, a comfortable feel, and it is lightweight. Available YOUTH Small - XL and Adult sizes  Small - 4XL
