This all weather Jacket is by Port Authority, model #J317.  It is Navy Blue with an ICS Charger logo on the Left pocket area.  This jacket is wind proof and water repellent.  The outer shell is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. The jacket has a comfortable feel, and it is lightweight.  There are 2 zipper side pockets and a full zip on the front. Available in Adult sizes  Small - 4XL
